I had to use the identity restoration support it was a smooth experience overall. The person I spoke with explained everything clearly and stayed on the phone with me while I was feeling overwhelmed. It did take a little time to get through, but I really felt like someone was actually there helping me through it

"I signed up for LifeLock after dealing..."
I signed up for LifeLock after dealing with some weird card issues, it’s been worth the monthly cost for me. The alerts showed up quickly, and the app isn’t hard to use, which I appreciate because I don’t really want to spend forever figuring out another app. I guess what I’m paying for is just feeling a little more relaxed about everything, and for now, that’s enough for me.

Well... I had to call in because I was having trouble logging in, and the rep was really patient with me. They got it sorted out quickly without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. I appreciated how calm and helpful they were

"Fast Alerts and Solid Peace of Mind"
lifelock caught a strange credit check that I definitely didn’t make and sent me an alert quickly. I contacted support, and they helped me sort through what was going on, which made the whole thing less stressful. The app isn’t perfect and can be a bit slow at times, but i’d still keep using it. For me, the added peace of mind is worth it.

"Got a fraud alert within minutes"
Yesterday afternoon, I got a fraud alert almost right away, and I was relieved. They warned me before anything got worse, so I was able to jump in and deal with it quickly.

"Canceling was straightforward"
Billing was clear enough, and canceling wasn’t a huge ordeal. I did have to wait on chat for a bit, but that’s how these things always go. Once someone got to me, they handled it fine and it didn’t take too long overall.
